In 2018, MONFEMNET National Network organized a national training on “Women’s Leadership in Local Government” for more than 2,000 women representatives of 21 aimags, 365 soums and 9 districts.

More than 30 participants participated in  “Using Mutual Learning Methods to Share Good Practices” shared their knowledge and skills on May 13-14 at the Mongolica Complex.

Following the “Women’s Leadership in Local Government” training, the workshop was a creative and effective way for women to address the most pressing issues in their communities, and to develop and disseminate women’s initiatives as visible and tangible experiences.

The workshop was moderated by Mr. Shantanu Lihari, LOGIN ASIA Network Consultant, which works with 12 countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
