At the request of the Erdenet Women’s Association, a gender awareness training was successfully organized on November 25, 2017.

The aim of this training was to provide an understanding of gender, gender-based violence and discrimination based on personal experience. It also provided information on the legal framework for dealing with gender-based violence and discrimination.

At the end of the training, we are pleased to announce that the participants have taken the initiative to develop and implement procedures to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace.
